How to participate:

1. Register (it is necessary to declare planned topic). 
2. Submit your report till May 15, 2018. 
3. Pay participation fee.
4. Arrive to the conference on Sept 24, 2018.
5. For participants with papers: fill in the publishing permission, sign and send by post before the conference opens or bring with you as you arrive.
